ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where's my package?

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to attempt to change the address or simply learn the status of your order you can contact the carrier with your tracking info.

What if I need to change my address?

We cannot change the mailing address once an order has shipped. Orders can be canceled for up to thirty minutes after they are placed. Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We advise that you do not place another order until you’ve received a confirmation from us.

How long will it take to get my order?

With standard shipping, orders take between 3-7 business days to reach your door.

SUBSCRIPTION

How does my subscription work?

If you’re a new customer, your first shipment consists of 1 free Mott & Bow premium t-shirt (you just pay $3 for shipping/handling). After that, you’ll receive monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly (depending what you signed up for) shipments of t-shirts. Your card will be charged each time your package is shipped.

I don’t want a t-shirt every month. Can I get shipments less frequently?

Yes. After you set up your subscription, you may change how frequently you receive shipments.

Can I change my subscription? How?

You can change the frequency of your subscription, the amount of t-shirts per shipment, the upcoming color preference, the future t-shirt style, from your user profile. Or if you need help, you can contact our team for assistance at help@mottandbow.com

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges (less the cost of shipping) on paid orders for up to 30 days from date of order on unworn/undamaged/unwashed items. We do not allow exchanges for the free t-shirt order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns (less the cost of shipping) on paid orders. We do not allow returns for the free t-shirt order.

When will my first paid order be shipped?

Your first paid order will ship 24 (shipping lead time is between 4-7 days) days after your initial free t-shirt order is placed.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship our subscription service in the contiguous USA. If you are interested in buying our tees outside the USA

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my order if the jeans don’t fit well?

Definitely! Instructions are included in your package.

How long will it take my refund to be completed?

You can expect your refund to be processed within 15 business days from the day you send the package back to us.

How long will it take for my exchange to be sent?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items you will receive a confirmation email. We will then process and send out your new order within three business days from that date. Once we ship, it will take 3-7 business days to get to your door.

Can you ship my exchange order immediately?

Exchange orders are processed until original orders are received at our warehouse. If you need the product urgently, we recommend that you place a new order.

How do I request a refund?

Simply go to our returns page and follow the instructions included in your package.

Where should my return be mailed?

Instructions are included in every shipment and the address is already printed on the pre-paid return label. If your return label & instructions have been misplaced, the address is:
“Mott & Bow, Inc., 785 County Road CB Neenah, WI 54956, United States”

Is 'restocking fee' charged for each returned item or just once for the whole order?

It’s charged once on the whole order, if and only if the entire order is returned. The restocking fee is waived from returns made for store credit.

Why was my refund short?

We do not refund the cost of shipping. If no items in your order were kept a $5.00 restocking fee was charged.

Why is my order not showing up on the return site?

If it’s not showing up, it’s most likely over the 30-day allowable return period. If this is not the situation for your order, please email us at help@mottandbow.com.

HOME TRY-ON & EVERYTHING ELSE

How do I send back my try-on size?

If you are only sending back a try-on pair(s), simply follow the instructions included in your package and use the pre-paid return label provided.

Where should I mail my try-on pair?

Instructions are included in every shipment and the address is already printed on the pre-paid return label. If your return label & instructions have been misplaced the address is: “Mott & Bow, Inc., 785 County Road CB Neenah, WI 54956, United States”

Why do some styles not have a try-on option?

When a style has high demand and limited stock we cannot offer a try-on size for it.

Do you have a store to visit?

All of our jeans are exclusively sold on our website. This is how we keep prices fair!

Are your prices in USD?

All listed prices are in USD.

Will my jeans stretch/shrink?

Like all premium denim, our jeans will give in about half a size with use and will return to their original form after wash. We recommend using our free Home Try-on Program and keeping the pair that fits snug at first so it gives in nicely with wear.

How do I take care of my jeans?

For best care, wash your jeans inside-out in cold water and hang to dry.

How do your sizes compare to other jean companies?

We use standard sizing. If you’re undecided, take advantage of our free Home Try-on Program. We recommend going a size down for the try-on pair and keeping the pair that fits snug at first (premium jeans give in about half a size with wear).

What happens when you sell out on a style?
