Where's my package?
For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email.
If you want to attempt to change the address or simply learn the status
of your order you can contact the carrier with your tracking info.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled for up to thirty minutes after they are placed. We cannot change the mailing address after that 30-minute window. Email us as soon as possible to request any changes. We advise that you do not place another order until you’ve received a confirmation from us.
How long will it take to get my order?
With standard shipping, orders take between 3-7 business days to reach your door.

Can I exchange my order if the jeans don’t fit well?
Definitely! Instructions are included in your package.
How long will it take my refund to be completed?
You can expect your refund to be processed within 15 business days from the day you send the package back to us.
How long will it take for my exchange to be sent?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items you will receive a confirmation email. We will then process and send out your new order within three business days from that date. Once we ship, it will take 3-7 business days to get to your door.
Can you ship my exchange order immediately?
Exchange orders are processed until original orders are received at our warehouse. If you need the product urgently, we recommend that you place a new order.
How do I request a refund?
Simply go to our returns page and follow the instructions included in your package.
Where should my return be mailed?
Instructions are included in every shipment and the address is already printed on
the pre-paid return label. If your return label & instructions have been misplaced,
the address is:

Is 'restocking fee' charged for each returned item or just once for the whole order?
It’s charged once for the whole order and only when all items are returned. The restocking fee is waived from returns made for store credit.
Why was my refund short?
We do not refund the cost of shipping. If all items were returned for a refund, a $5.00 restocking fee was charged.
Why is my order not showing up on the return site?
If it’s not showing up, it’s most likely over the 30-day allowable return period. If this is not the situation for your order, please email us at email@example.com.

How do I send back my try-on size?
If you are only sending back a try-on pair(s), simply follow the instructions included in your package and use the pre-paid return label provided.

Why do some styles not have a try-on option?
When a style has high demand and limited stock we cannot offer a try-on size for it.
Do you have a store to visit?
No, all of our jeans are exclusively sold on our website. This is how we keep prices fair!
Are your prices in USD?
All listed prices are in USD.
Will my jeans stretch/shrink?
Like all premium denim, our jeans will give in about half a size with use and will return to their original form after wash. We recommend using our free Home Try-on Program and keeping the pair that fits snug at first so it gives in nicely with wear.
How do I take care of my jeans?
For best care, wash your jeans inside-out in cold water and hang to dry.
How do your sizes compare to other jean companies?
We use standard sizing. If you’re undecided, take advantage of our free Home Try-on Program. We recommend going a size down for the try-on pair and keeping the pair that fits snug at first (premium jeans give in about half a size with wear).
What happens when you sell out on a style?
